Capt. Dallas Laryea is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in international shipping and operations management. Laryea holds a Master Mariner degree from the World Maritime University with expertise in maritime safety and environmental administration and Master Mariner degree from the Regional Maritime University.

He has held various leadership positions, including Regional Coordinator for West & Central Africa at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and Owner of Seahorse Marine Services Ltd. Laryea has also lectured at Regional Maritime University and worked as Master on the ship for Adonai Shipping Company.
