Gregoire joined the Autonomous Port of Cotonou on February 1, 2019, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. His career has been marked by a commitment to enhancing port infrastructure and operations, and he continues to play a key role in the development of maritime and port services in the region.
